Our journey started with a coffee and scrap paper with Paul, where he asked good questions to help us start down the path to our best design for our family. That session led to several other meetings where Tim and Jeff attended and brought their construction perspective to ensure our design matched both physical possibilities and budget. I have to say, some of our asks where always fully explored and I'm sure Tim was getting tired of researching and planning some of our wants - so greatly appreciated! Our "near-final plan" was reached and that was followed by another on-site visit where Tim and Jeff did all required elevations and laid out their construction plan including equipment logistics, material staging and timing. The TR team made this an excellent experience and removed the stress that normally tags along with projects of this nature.
Summer finally arrived and construction day came. We again were blown away with all the TR staff that worked on our project. Everyone was courteous, extremely conscious of their work behaviors and respected both our worksite and our neighbor's properties. They spent extra time to ensure fences where installed for the safety of our neighbor's children and there was not one issue with equipment or staff not being organized. The attention to detail, conversing with us on each phase and aligning their efforts to those discussions; made the construction phase a very rewarding and again "stress free" experience! One habitual task completed at the end of each day, was a complete clean-up of our site and any common property in-front of our house. This may seem small, but leaving all areas they touch in better shape than they found it at end of each day, is reflective of the high standard they hold themselves to and the product they deliver.
Our last phase was to have the luxury of enjoying our outdoor space in a summer where it couldn't have been more important for our family dealing with this nasty pandemic! We made lots of precious memories enjoying the beach/water, fire pit and relaxing soaks in our tub. The quality of their work held true with every component from natural stone retaining walls, to water features, to fully automated sprinklers and capping it all with great accent lighting for the late night refreshments.
