Elemental Restoration

We have an office location and we used our large basement for a filing storage area. We had 3 floods over the course of a year and ended up with mold and all our files being comprimised. John and his team responded very quickly and guided us professionally throughout the entire procedure. It was a monumental task to have the contents of the entire basement removed but John's team came in and looked after everything in very quick order. Their courtesy and professionalism was most appreciated. We had to rely on John on numerous occasions to obtain guidance and advice on how to proceed. He always responded immediately and directed us in the proper direction or obtained the information that we required. John also assisted in helping us to have the files cleaned and restored. He recommended a company to do the work, obtaining a storage pod to store the files and then making sure we received the best quote possible to have the work completed. He looked after all the details of getting the job done which assisted us tremendously!! We would highly recommend John and Elemental Restoration and sincerely appreciated all the assistance we received in tackling this overwhelming and serious problem.

John and Neal were very helpful in identifying and dealing with the moisture problems in our attic. The work was completed quickly, and they cleaned up very well after finishing. They were both very responsive and professional in their communications.

During the storm we had in early July my basement was flooded with sewage, I contact Elemental Restoration after trying to get some local companies out to help. They came out within an hour, having equipment ready. They also helped me with the insurance paperwork and contacted sub-trades that I needed to get the basement cleaned and ready for repair. I would recommend John and his team to any home owner in distress, they explained everything clearly regarding the process and I found that the work in my home was completed before some of my neighbours.
