Brian and his team did an awesome job on our basement update project adding pot lights and new circuits and outlets. Every phase of my experience with Brian was a pleasure. Brian brings a lot to the table in all phases of the project. He took the time to understand what we wanted and offered suggestions based on his knowledge and experience that were very helpful. The estimate was prompt and Brian was very available to help answer any questions. When we moved ahead with the work Brian and his team arrived on time and executed the work efficiently with skill and attention to detail that shows the pride Brian takes in his work. Long overdue review. And for that I apologize to Volt Master Inc. When I contacted Volt Master Inc to get a quote to upgrade from a fuse panel, to a breaker panel and EV charger. I was immediately impressed Brian. Brian was patient with all my questions, no matter how simple they may have been to him. Brian and Jenn made the coordination with local utilities seemless. When Brian and Michael arrived to complete the work, they were on-time and very courteous. They treat and respect your home like it was their own. They even accommodated an extra ask to install an additional outlet in the basement. And to everyone hestitating to upgrade to a breaker system, it literally saved me thousands already. Long story short, the upgrade saved my 16 year air conditioner from mice reeking havoc. They were eating the the electrical wiring for AC. The breaker tripped, saving the compressor. Ontop of the breaker panel, we also installed the ground work for a future electric car charger.

Honestly, I was so impressed with Brian and Michael's work, that I asked about some garage lighting and electrical wire clean up( to bring things up to code). I trusted and went with Brian's recommendations on second job a month later with zero hesitation. I love the new lighting in garage Brian. I can now do work in the garage at night with no issues

Brian's team was fantastic. I called about a melted outlet checking fixtures and light switch replacement. We have aluminum in the home. Brian was polite, responsive and professional. He had someone here in less than 2 hours. The electrician who attended was very knowledgeable and experienced. He made sure everything was repaired and safe. His work was very clean and he was very polite and respectful of our home. Very happy with the work and the customer service. The price was also very reasonable. I feel safe after Brian's team attended and would definitely recommend.

EV outlet installation and panel upgrade to 200 amps. The team of Brian and Michael did a great job. They explained the process and as well as provided options (where the new wires would go into the house, location of EV plug).
Jen (office manager) coordinated with the power company. The two days it took was seamless.

Brian and team installed a dedicated circuit and electrical connection between our garage and furnace room to be used for a humidifier. Excellent work, very reliable, polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

I called Volt Master to get an estimate to install a 240V 50 amp EV charging outlet in my garage. I was contacted by the electrician, Brian, within a day. I provided him with some additional details on what I needed done and he provided me with an itemized quote shortly thereafter. It can sometime be difficult getting contractors to quote on smaller jobs like this, or to get fair pricing, but that was not the case here. Not only was the price very reasonable for the scope of work, but Volt Master was quick to fit me into their busy schedule. The Office Administrator, Jen, was always very responsive in dealing with invoicing, payments and project scheduling.

Brian and Michael showed up right on time and both were a pleasure to deal with; professional, tidy and knowledgeable. The charging outlet was installed exactly as we discussed. Brian was also more than happy to answer all my electrical questions.

I cannot speak more highly of Volt Master and plan to use them on my next electrical project. A great team all around!

Volt Master was very professional from the Planning stage and until review of their work completed.

Brian, Master Electrician and Michael, electrician, and Jen, administrator worked together very well that included coordination with Toronto Hydro for Hydro Isolation and safety inspection.
