WOW WOW WOW....
From the initial contact with Ken via instagram direct message to the hand off to project manager / designer extraordinaire John Perri, the whole experience was incredible and FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. In a time where it has become near impossible to find companies that even show up and then promise the world when they do, the Royal Stone Group's army of workers not only showed up faster than I could order a pizza, they were the cleanest, quickest, most professional team of workers I have ever worked with. I even had a few neighbors on the street telling me things like "wow these guys are great, cant believe how clean they are working" and "you can really see these guys care" and my personal favorite "WOW, these guys don't fool around, I cant believe they're putting the water in already!"
As a family we spent the better part of 20 years being in this house contemplating and debating putting a pool in the backyard. Dreading things like: what a mess it would be, our house will be upside down for 2 months, how will they ever get down the side of our house with their equipment, and most importantly...there is NO WAY this can be done without ruining our existing Patterned Concrete walkway and patio. Well well well, if only we knew about Aquaspa Pools and the Royal Stone Group years ago we could be Olympic Swimmers by now! Ken, John and their team were able to get us our dream backyard (that we had been dreaming of for 20 years) in just 3 WEEKS!!! That's right, you read that right THREE WEEKS from start to swim! And did it all with zero to minimal impact to us or our neighbors. They had just the right equipment for the job ensuring we didn't need to remove any fencing or existing landscaping and thoroughly covered and protected our existing driveway and patterned concrete walkway from the curb at the street, right to the hole in the backyard. Every single inch was covered!
All this said, the most impressive part of the whole experience was the professionalism and presence of John and Ken. From day one to twenty one they were never further than ten minutes away. John was on site EVERYDAY 2-3 times a day and Ken 3-4 times a week, both ensuring everything was running smooth, according to plan and looking the way they would want it done if it was their house. All in all, I would (and already have) recommend John, Ken, Aquaspa and the ENTIRE Royal Stone Group to anyone looking to have any sort of outdoor living work done to their house. Looking forward to working with them again in the spring on some additional ideas they have to make our dream backyard complete!!!

We worked with John to design and build our backyard get away. John was very responsive and attentive to detail. They installed our pool and did all the landscaping and built our deck. We are really happy with the results and have enjoyed lots of family and entertaining time in the backyard. He is a man of his word and delivered above and beyond our expectations with our pool and landscaping. He is extremely knowledgeable with his craft and is very particular with the work that is provided ensuring that all aspects of the job are completed to perfection. From the pool liner to the river rock in our gardens, John assisted us with designing all aspects of our backyard. Although our backyard is not very large, he was full of ideas that assisted us with the design of our backyard and we were able to make every square foot of space functional. All of the city bylaws were met and we had no issues with inspections. It was a stress-free job on our part as John spent all the time that we needed with him to address any concerns and questions we had and he was always available. He is extremely personable and has a very calm demeanor and an all around top-notch guy. He has become a good friend of our family and is welcome anytime. My Husband and I just purchased a new home and wanted compliment our beautiful home with the backyard of our dreams.
