I used Angel Movers for the first time for a move from one condo to another. Moving can be a stressful event but Angel Movers ensured that I had peace of mind from the time the move was booked right until the move was completed.

Anna was the front-line contact person that I dealt with to get the move booked. Her customer service attitude was most impressive and she was one of the main reasons I decided to go with Angel Movers. She clearly explained the estimation process, how the billing worked, and what to expect on the day of the move. But she also took the time to make recommendations to me about packing materials and how my items should be packed. She even went so far as to remind me about critical logistics such as when I should book the elevators in both buildings. Her response times were excellent whenever I emailed or phoned her with questions.

On the day of the move the movers arrived 15 minutes early. They were friendly, professional and worked fast. They took care of absolutely everything including disassembling and then re-assembling any heavy furniture. None of my belongings were damaged in the move and they ensured that everything went absolutely smoothly.

I was highly skeptical when looking for a mover, since I've had too many friends who've had bad experiences. Contacted almost a dozen companies trying to find the right balance between price and professionalism, and decided to go with Angel Movers (not the cheapest quote I got, but seemed fair and honest). They sent a crew of 3 guys who started working from the minute they stepped in the door. I was originally quoted at a 6-7 hour job, and they finished in 5! Glad I made the choice I did, as it made moving day so much easier.

Angel Movers did an excellent job. I hired them four times this year because they were such a pleasure to work with. Anna who booked the move, was very friendly and nice.

I hired them in February to move all the furniture from the second floor to the first floor and the basement as I was replacing my carpet with hardwood floors and other renovations. They were very careful, professional and extremely knowledgeable as they knew how to position the furniture so it all fit downstairs. I was so impressed with their work I did not hesitate to call them in March to move everything back upstairs. Although I was a little nervous that the walls and floors would get scratched when moving back, it turned out that this was not an issue. They used runners to protect the floors and were very careful with everything.

In August, when I renovated the main floor, I called Angel Movers again to do my internal move. In October they returned to move things back. Everything went smoothly as usual. Special thanks to Robert and Jordan who came a couple of times.

If I need movers in the future, this is the company I will be calling. I highly recommend Angel Movers.

I did it again. Used Angel Movers for my latest move. I need to have a level of trust in the company and people that I select to move me. Trust in the way they will treat my belongings and in being sent people who know what they are doing when moving large and fragile items. It's equally important for them to have pleasant personalities. Movers require more than strength to be effective. They require strategy and knowledge. I have never been disappointed in the skill and attitudes of the fellows Johan has sent to handle my moves. I wouldn't choose any other moving company.

This was the first time I had used Angle Movers. I was moving furniture and boxes from one location to a storage unit. Within the storage unit building I had to also move my unit. I spoke with Anna a few times to coordinate this. I order to do it in the time frame I needed the men were to show up at 8:00 am Oct. 13/2016. The 2 movers Sammy & Jordan were right on time. Off to a good start. They were very professional, careful with my belongings and also clean as they wore shirts with the company name and logo on them.
We left that location right on time. We then had to stop by the apartment I am living in now drop a chest of drawers off and load some more things on the truck. Upon arriving at the storage unit building they unloaded the truck quickly but carefully. There were also 3 other gentlemen there Darren Rob & Gabriel these fellows were in charge of emptying my existing unit and transfering it to another one. At one time I had 5 men working on my move.
They all worked together very well, acknowledged my requests for placement of furniture in the unit. The move in and to the new unit was done quickly & efficiently. I will use Angel Movers again and also recommend them to other people.

Having used other moving companies in the past for my clients, I decided to use Angel Movers when it came time to move my family. Johan and his team arrived right on time, helped to complete my packing, moved everything out and were ready to go right at the estimated time frame. I appreciate their hard work, attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our moving experience. Well done guys. This move was the first time that I used Angel Movers. I was moving from Ajax to Etobicoke arranged my move with another company for over a month. A week before the move I discovered that I wouldn't have the keys to my new place until late afternoon. The company I booked with said they book a move that started after 12:00 noon.

My friend suggested that I call Angel movers so I called them in a panic. Anna was great! She took my information on the phone and called back in a short time to assure that they would move me. I was moving from a house to a small condo and had to dispose of a lot of my belongings so what I had left were mostly antique furniture and meant a lot to me.

The men that moved me were very professional and turned what could been a nightmare of a move into a very positive experience. They handled everything with such care and made sure it was all fine before they left. If I ever have to move again, I will certainly be calling them.

Angel movers are most efficient. They are quick, careful and energetic. An extra stop was required to pick up more furniture. Everything was well wrapped, packed and handled with care. They arrived on time and the day flew by with little stress. We would use these movers again without hesitation. Darren , Sam and Rob were fantastic.
