I cleaned out the gutters of my house a couple of weeks ago and noticed that one of the downspouts was clogged so badly that no water could run through it and it was leaking at the seams. So last week I searched on Homestars and had a few replies. Iouri said he could come out the following day, Saturday. He arrived right on time, unscrewed the downpipe, cleaned out the debris, crimped it and replaced it at a better angle so that it will be less likely to clog again. He then poured water through to check that it was running through without any leaks. There has been lots of rain this week and it is running smoothly. Thank-you Iouri for doing a great job!

You are very welcome. Unfortunately, this is s very common issue. Unprotected drain can lead to plugged pipe which stand undetected. We constantly see the damage it might cause. Glad that you was able to caught it. Thank you
