The guys came over and quickly fixed the issue I was having and were very courteous.

Our hot tub has been purring away for over a month now and we are so very happy with the quality and performance! The overall experience with getting the unit and then having it placed in my backyard was a little frustrating at times and took a while to get figured out. This isn't the fault of Premium Wholesale though, but I will caution potential buyers, DO NOT overlook anything that could hamper delivery when talking to the sales people! They only know what you tell them about your property, and you could leave something out, like the ground being unlevel side to side, that prevents a ground delivery. My walkway was sloped from the sidewalk falling, which meant that the width clearance needed to be much greater and a ground delivery couldn't happen. Eventually I had to get a crane at my expense and even though it wasn't Premium Wholesale's fault, they made it right and gave me an store credit for their online store to keep my water balanced for a long time to come. Thank you Christian! I would recommend using this company to others.

This Swim Spa is incredible. And Jon, who is always there at Premium Wholesale has answers to all your questions and all your maintenance needs.

This spa is a great swimming experience. But it's 18 feet long and two tons, so expect them to show up with a crane and crane it over your house to your backyard. It's such a sight to see. Delivery guys do a great job too.

The Michael Phelps Swim Spa is great if you are looking for a super high swim spa with self cleaning water. And call Jon because he has lower end models too. You'll always get good service from Jon.

Had a great experience at Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure shopping for and buying a new hot tub. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and not pushy to make a sale. After shopping through all the others stores in the area this was the only place who explained the therapeutic difference in jet size. Their products have the latest and greatest features and then some. Im impressed with how their Master Spas have incorporated magnetic therapy into the tub we chose which sets them above all the others stores Ive checked out. I also like the collage of some customers installations, nice touch.

The salesman was not honest with us , telling us is was ready to plug and play when it was not and with no cable ( had to pay for a electrician ) and no cover , that was delivered later
But the customer service is really Great
