Sam has done various jobs for me - from simple jobs like changing a light switch and shower washer to larger jobs like finding a leaking pipe behind drywall, fixing the leak, drywall, and flooring. Everything was done great. One time, my hot water tank stopped working and I asked him to change it, expecting to pay several hundred dollars. But SAM, to my surprise, figured out the problem, found a replacement part and fixed it. It cost me just a couple of hundred dollars and the hot water tank is still working!

It is not easy to find such talented, hard working, reasonably priced people like Sam. Plus he is honest and reliable. I always call him first (several times now). I hope he still answers my calls when more people find out about him and he gets busy....
