We had equipment and services with another company for over a decade but decided to look around for a better quote. We contacted about 6 other companies up. Star Alliance gave us the best price. This was the first time we dealt with a new company, so we were apprehensive especially my husband. I spoke to Jackie for the purchase and Jason and his guy for the installation of both the Furnace and AC. The furnace was only about 1hr late on delivery due to high volume of orders placed that week (June 7th) but we were very happy it came in on the date it was arranged. I decided to order my own 'Smart' thermostat that they installed for me complimentary. My husband and I were very happy with the install and they cleaned up. Jason reviewed and followed up everything thing he did and observed and suggested on some cost saving maintenance on the long term which is greatly appreciated. Jason also provided a bit of his experience and safety background. We could tell he was very proud of his work and his attention to detail and safety; This was reassuring. This review comes 10 days after our service. The temperature and humidity in our house is running perfectly. If you are checking out my review, some advice, order early (spring) and before the heatwave. Thank you very much again.

I just replace my original 30 year old Lennox furnace which was still running. After getting several quotes on a new Lennox Elite Series furnace Jacky provided an extremely competitive quote. Thanks to him and his installers who provided great service with the install and leaving everything so clean after the work was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacky and team to friends and family.

n Feb 29 2020, my home furnace suddenly stopped working. It's a freezing cold day. I got Jacky's name card from a friend, and he came to our house in the heavy snowing day to check the furnace very carefully. On Monday morning, he got the new parts from manufacture and helped us to replaced the old motor right away. He did in an efficient way. Furnace running again, I felt that spring coming to our house again. After he fixed the furnace, I asked him why my hot water is not that hot even I adjusted the temperature to very hot. But I told him that I could ask the hot water tank company because I rent it. He checked it for me and fixed the water tank for me in minutes. Within half hour, he fixed my furnace and the hot water tank as a bonus. I would say that Star Alliance made my bad day good and good day better. Excellent Service with very reasonable charge. I will use them for my home furnace and air conditioning and hot water tank service in the future. Yes, I will recommend this company to my friends and others.

Of course my furnace had to die on a Friday late afternoon in winter. I have a company that I typically call but could not get any assistance. I called a friend who has always been a reliable source for service people. He highly recommended Jacky from Star Alliance. Jacky was so responsive, came out immediately and assessed the situation. He made great recommendations for a new furnace and when I asked him for a brand that I preferred he was able to give me the information I needed. After some discussion with my husband we decided to give Jacky our business. He sent Jason the very next day to replace our furnace. Jason was professional, neat and knowledgeable. We immediately trusted him and he had us warm in no time. It wasn't an easy installation because our furnace room is tiny but he worked hard and did a great job. Very impressive indeed. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for top notch professionals who provide excellent service at a great price and in a timely manner.

I've heard lots of good things about Jacky and Staralliance and finally got a chance to use them for the house reno after purchased a new house in August 2019. I have to say that they are even better than I've heard about them. Their price are very competitive, they did not cut corners, they strived for the best and always thinked ahead of me, which is very important as I had multiple contractors working at the same time. Can not wait to work with them again on my future projects.

I called Star Alliance for a quote to upgrade our very old furnace and air conditioner. Jacky showed up on time the next day. I was most impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He explained what we had and what we need. He provided us with options and price quotes on different Lennox models. We signed a contract with him the same day and he arranged for installation a week thereafter. Jason and his helper arrived as scheduled, on time, for the installation. Both the furnace and AC unit were installed in under 10 hours. They worked hard, kept the place clean and tidied up afterwards. I was most appreciative of the little things that matter --- covering the stairs and carpeted areas with tarp; removing all the cardboard boxes; hauling the old furnace and water heater to the sidewalk; and, giving us with no additional charge, a cover for the AC unit and a pretty nice Honeywell programmable thermostat. Oh, did I mention that the price quoted for the whole job was more than fair and reasonable ? Jacky even arranged for the auditor to come and conduct the energy audit on the same day so we can apply for the rebates from Enbridge. He also contacted Lennox on our behalf to register the furnace and AC unit for warranty purposes. Overall, I enjoyed dealing with Star Alliance and would recommend them highly to anyone looking to update their furnace and AC unit. They are absolutely wonderful people to deal with.
