Salesperson – Jacky:

I was initially impressed with Jacky’s knowledge and patience in dealing with me. His willingness to explain the areas I was a little confused about really won me over..... One stage, two stage, Variable speed.. wow!!. Anyways.. he took the time and explained why I should go with one vs the other. He also recommended American Standard vs Keeprite as they had a better track record in terms of reliability, nevertheless I chose the cheaper option due to my budget

In a addition to meeting with Jacky, I met with representatives from Reliance, Costco, Sears and a friend of the family

First the Reliance guy.. WOW!!! (the guy was a racist!!!), after his inspecton, we stated to talk pricing, I should him Star Alliances card and said :there guys are giving me a way better deal” he looks at the card and notices Jacky Name and proceeds to say.. “Chinese, Ohhh, Chinese is no good.. they don’t do a good job!!” Then he started to bash Reliance’s packages and offered to do a side job for me as he had “no allegiance to anyone”.. No thanks.. next!

Sears was the next to come in.. great guy, very knowledgeable, prices were ok and the fact that they had 10 years labor was fantastic!!. Decided against them as I read too many bad things about they the quality of work done by their installers … I mean… contractors

Costco sent a lady and they wanted 8k for a Lennox system!!! 8k.. no way!.

The last guy I had in was a friend of my Dads, price was right, trust was there, but ultimately decided to stick with Jacky due to price and overall vibe I got from him.

As I mentioned above, Jackie professionalism really won me over.

Installers:
From what I can see, they went above and beyond.
-Got here on time (10AM on a Sunday and didn’t leave until 11PM) with only an 30 min break!
-One of them even noticed that my new water tank (I purchased, they installed) had a cheap plastic drain valve and replaced it with a brass one. I’ve felt the wrath of having one of these going on me so I was really happy they replaced it for me.. saved me a headache in the years to come. No charge by the way!
-The Furnace exhaust tubing was installed well above eye level (8-9 feet) as I have a narrow walk way leading to my backyard
-Had them comeback another day as I was having issues with the heat not working… turns out It’s an issue with thermostat.. no charge again!!
-Clean up was amazing.. everything was left as it was before
-I have a finished basement – they covered my stairs and floors so they wouldn’t get dirty

Overall, great team… already start to give word to family members about them

Star Alliance …. Recommended if you want honest, affordable, and above average work ?

Approximate cost of services:
$3,750.00
