When my DELL XPS laptop died suddenly, I had no idea where to go to see if it could be repaired. Everyone said that I would likely need a new laptop because it would be too expensive to repair. XPC was highly recommended and within 2 days Paul's team had diagnosed the problem as the logic board and got my laptop working again in no time. It works like a charm. The intake process is super efficient and I found Paul to be honest, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend XPC and will definitely go back if I have another problem.

Two years ago my Keyboard became unresponsive on many keys.
When I took it to an authorized and highly accredited outlet for repair, I was advised that it wasnt worth fixing and a new MacBook was the only answer.
It was set aside until this month when I realized it was still a decent laptop so I took it to XPC for a second opinion.
It was economically replaced and done it no time!
The service was outstanding and Paul truly knows his way around Macs!
Now Im going to take it back for a thorough update and memory upgrade.
Professional service, great integrity and fair pricing are hard to find these days. XPC has it all!

I saw another review of XPC from a year ago which described exactly the same problem I was experiencing, an old laptop that took an eternity to start up and ran very slowly once it got going. So I asked Paul to do the same thing, replace the hard drive with a new SSD, transfer the files and had him replace the bottom part of the case which had worn out from normal use. On top of this he cleaned the fan and vent, threw in a new screen, updated Windows and graphics drivers, cleaned out some obsolete software, and scanned for malicious software. Wow, it runs like a race horse now! Im shocked how fast it is and all for a very modest investment. If youre having computer problems, Paul is your guy.

I was very impressed with the service I received. My computer had to be upgraded and the end result was perfect. Paul was excellent to deal with.

Incredible service. Paul was updating me regularly, either by phone or text. My computer was freezing. Paul thought it was the hard drive. Turned out the HD and the motherboard were faulty. He fixed me up with a refurbished tower that was was 1/100th the size of my old tower and was able to transfer all my data and software. The price quoted was the price paid. Incredibly impressed. I highly recommend this company.

My wife's old laptop was excruciatingly slow. No amount of basic maintenance would work. That's when I called Paul at XPC. He's done work for me in the past on a high-end machine that I use for studio work, and did an excellent job. I brought the laptop to him and we decided on replacing the old hard drive with a new SSD.

The work involved making a backup of the stuff on the old hard drive, replacing the hard drive with the new SSD, installing the backup, and setting everything up so it worked perfectly when my wife turned it on. She was amazed how fast everything was after the upgrade. Thanks Paul.
