On a Sunday with the ice storm/freezing weather our furnace stopped blowing heat. Called Martino HVAC and a they took details and a technician called me 5 minutes later. Listened to my explanation and said he'd visit within the hour. He arrived when he had promised, quickly found the problem and was able to make a temporary fix to get the furnace working until a new part (control board) can be ordered next week. House was getting warm again 2 hours after I had first called. Excellent service in horrendous weather. 5 stars.
