Just had an air conditioner installed and the old one removed. Craig quote a price and when I was ready to proceed sent me an invoice. The price in the invoice is the price I paid. There are no hidden costs. Craig promptly replied to all my questions and told me exactly what I needed.
Nick and Andre did the actual install for the air conditioner. Nick took the time to explain to me what exactly he was doing and helped me understand how the air conditioner works and the parts involved. There were a few issues during the install and required additional time to fix. Nick took care of it and did a quality job. These guys double check all their work and are very thorough. They made sure there were no leaks in the system and that the system was up and running before they left.
I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
