We just had our A/C installed today. The Trane XR13 unit looks good and does not have that annoying buzzing sound that some other A/C's have out there.
Nick and Al performed the installation and did a great job. Everything is neatly aligned. They noticed that the compressor area was rusty because we had a drainage problem with the previous unit. They re-did that section and it all looks brand new and shiny now. These guys are very good and do not cut corners. They cleaned up everything before they left.
Craig followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was ok. It was a pleasure working with them, and we are already enjoying our new A/C
