I noticed signs of external water damage and feared the worst.

Dave had done some work for me a couple of years ago and I reached out to him. He offered to look at my roof over the weekend and identified a couple of minor issues (loose/dislodged flashing and some caulking gaps) that he fixed himself.

I find Dave to be very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful.
