Had a new flat roof installed over our garage but, from the start, it was defective and roofer was resisting repair/replacement. Contacted Dave who, within just a few days, inspected the roof, wrote an excellent appraisal with photos, and made recommendations. I gave this to the roofer and -- what do you know -- they agreed to replace the roof! But for Dave's report, I doubt that this would have been the outcome. I highly recommend Independent Roof Inspection Services: courteous, prompt and completely independent and reliable evaluation.
