The duct cleaning service was excellent. The team was knowledgeable and very accomodating to my questions/timing. I felt really comfortable ... which isn't the norm with most home improvement contractors and services who can often come across as rude and pushy. I appreciate that they understand the value of customer service. The girl guide cookies were a nice touch too :)
