I called this company because they had a good reputation. They called back and I gave the measurements of the house and got a quote. I waited 3 weeks for them. The young man that came out was professional and polite however he had the square footage at 700 sq. feet less than I told them and then, he was also given the wrong address. They then almost doubled the price. I did call their office and was advised that there had been an error made in their call centre. I only got part of the job done as i was not prepared to pay double. I was told someone would get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago, No return call. I called again and was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, no response again. The house they used was also leaking all over my garden and pathway.
I am very disappointed as their customer service is almost non existent. In addition there were areas of the house that were not washed at all and I am still waiting for a call back to get this rectified.
Company did come back after a few weeks and rectify the deficiencies. However their office and communication skills need improvement
