Brooklin Blinds and Shutters installed my shutters, throughout most of my house! They fit perfectly Service was excellent, timely and prompt. My calls were always answered, often within hours. Recently a couple of the magnet holders on the older style shutters had broken, due ot the hot sun. I called to inquire about where to get them, within days Mark (owner) had arrived with the magnets, installed them! Thank you Brooklin Shutters! I had just moved in and needed blinds throughout. Brooklin Blinds made it possible to have my entire home fitted and installed quickly and efficiently. The installers were a great bunch, very kind and considerate. Six months later my son had broke one of the blinds, and Mark was over within a day to replace the blind no questions asked. I purchased my very first home in 2011 and on the top of my home priority list was SHUTTERS!
I found Brooklin Blinds online and called the number.... From then on I have been completely satisfied! From Mark's first visit into my bare windowed home I knew he was a professional! He gave me an estimate over the phone based on how many windows and the square footage of my home. He came over in a very timely manner, took measurements, showed all of the samples and colours and was out within an hour.
All of what Mark offers is real. He is straight forward, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He kept me updated and informed over the next couple of weeks about my order and an installation date.

Mark was very professional from start to finish.We were pleased with the job he and his installers did last year on the kitchen and dining room windows. We have already become repeat customers with shutters on our parlour and powder room windows. He showed us different options and explained which options would fit our window situations.
