I called this company to have them go out and see what was wrong with my brother's dryer and because my brother is ill I had to look after finding the right person. Tiernan went out that same day and looked after this problem right away. Thank you Tiernan! My brother was very appreciative and would highly recommend you. If anyone I know need to have an appliance repair I would also recommend you.

Tiernan renewed my faith in the customer service industry. Our fridge crapped out the two days before we were to leave on vacation. Tiernan came out right away and thought he knew what the part we required. While he went back to his shop to get the part he told me to check on my warranty. It turns out that the part he thought it we needed was not on warranty but the sealed parts were (such as the compressor). Tiernan returned two hours later and installed what he thought our problem was. As it turns out it was the compressor which was covered by warranty. He told me that the fridge manufactuer would send out their technician. The man made two trips with no charge, I even tried to compensate him anyways, his comment to me was "no if I can't fix it I won't charge for it". Incredible!!! I would give Tiernan a plus ten rating if I could. He is a must for your appliance needs. Thank you so very much Tiernan

Tiernan was excellent! He was extremely careful not to damage anything and obviously knows his trade and 'how to get the job done'. His rates are reasonable. He is honest and reliable. I'm delighted that I called him and will be doing so in the future.

Super impressed. I was in a pinch with my renter, so I needed to get the dishwasher looked at. Although, he was busy Tiernan jumped right on it. He wound up recommending that I don't even use him to repair the dishwasher. He could've made a quick buck but instead told me I'd be better off just buying new. He even negotiated the site visit time with my renter, told me the right dishwasher to buy and even recommended I get the water heater checked ... all for the very reasonable rate of a site visit.

After a very frustrating ordeal trying to get our maytag washer repaired I found these guys on Homestars and gave them a call on a Sunday. They called me back on Monday and showed up the same day to diagnose the problem. They came back on Tuesday to replace the part and everything works. They were very professional and showed up on time.

Tiernan examined the fridge and determined that the compressor was shot. He was honest enough to tell us that it would be cheaper to buy a new fridge and only charged us for his time. We really appreciate his honesty and competence, and would recommend him to friends.

The washing machine at my rental property was not emptying water. We had checked the hose and couldn't find the problem. Tiernan arrived on time, identified the problem and fixed it in a very short time for a reasonable fee. I will definitely call him again, and highly recommend this company!
