Staircase refinishing & Hardwood Installation
We had a fantastic experience with Ideal Stairs. We found them through Home Stars, and decided to work with them, right after our first interaction. Both Mesh & Rajan are extremely professional in dealing with, right from the initial planning stages to the completion of the work.
They were very transparent about timing and offered great pricing for hardwood installation and staircase re-finishing.
We were very impressed with the quality of work of the team - who were highly skilled, very polite and extremely clean and great to work with.
Mesh & Rajan, went the extra mile to find the exact brand of hardwood flooring that we wanted, to match the rest of the house. In fact we added some additional scope to the project as we wanted Rajan and his team to do the project. They not only accommodated the additional scope, but also finished it in the timeline.
After the project was complete, Rajan did drop by for a visit to inspect and also ensure that we were happy with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend ideal stairs for their excellent quality of work!
