Great service. The techs are professional and friendly. They explained everything to me and showed me the ducts before they began and after. My home is just over 2400sf and there was no additional charge for extra vents. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them.

Got this deal from Groupon. I checked out the reviews here and gave them a shot. Previous owners of this home had cats, which I'm allergic to. The guys were in on time, explained to me what they were going to do, started the work promptly, made sure to clean up after themselves. They gave me advice on changing the filters and made recommendations. Air was much cleaner when they left. I bought another Groupon today for my mother's house.

I purchased this service from Groupon, wasn't sure what to expect. I was surprised that I could get an appointment within days of calling. Christian and Jaguar were very polite and conscientiousness. I would definitely hire them again.

I live in an older apartment above a store and I had another duct cleaning company come in a few days before and they said they couldn't do the job ... too many access issues. I called and spoke with Christian who said he would gladly take a look at this difficult situation personally and see what he could do to help me. I was quite pleased to know Christian and Fernando would get the job accomplished as the issues were not too difficult for TotalGreen to overcome. Aside from my clean ducts, what really stood out in this transaction were the customer service skills in communication and the respect for my home and neighbors. I would definitely use this company again!

TotalGreen Solutions Cleaning team did an excellent job. They cleaned and balanced the air in home. Now i get enough air in to my rooms up stairs. i wanted to clean my furnace too but the technician advise me not to saying it's not that dirty. and i also got lot of tips to save energy and maintaining my HVAC system. "Their price was not the lowest in the market" but their service is very much better than the last company that cleaned my home for less money who did almost nothing compared to totalgreen. Bruce
