They said they had the item in stock and it would be delivered. When they didnt show up for delivery they declined all calls. When I showed up at the place they were deflecting all questions. They called back a few days later saying they have to order.. I told them not to since until I called them back. I called them back and then they said they ordered it and refused to give me back my deposit and wont answer any calls. They are saying anything to get your deposit as stated on many reviews. Very disappointed in their dishonest sales tactics.

on May 4th, 2023 purchased Closets & Mattresses from Stylo Furniture. Again received best service from Mr. Rahat. He is so kind and friendly towards his clients and keep them up to date.
Got all the delivery on time. I would definitely recommend Stylo Furniture to everyone.

I bought sofa set. Excellent service and quality. Furniture arrived just after a week, though they said it might takes 4 weeks.

Bought chairs from Stylo. very satisfied with the purchase, quality and customer service. The deal was that if there is any issue, they will come and fix it. In fact, there was a very minor issue with one chair color. They picked that up from home and had it fixed for us.

My family and me have been a long time customers of Style furniture store because of excellent service. the whole staff are honest and very cooperative. I recommend to everyone who are interesting on geting good deal and good quality furniture.

The owners do not care about your time and will swap in a different model without telling you. We ordered a bed frame from them. They originally said it would be ready in two days, but it took two weeks for them to say it was ready. We called ahead of time to confirm it was onsite, and they said yes. When we arrived, the owner tried to swap a different, cheaper model without letting us know. He wouldn't let us open the box in-store to verify, but he eventually confessed that it was not the same model when we pressed him. Do not buy anything from this store, but if you do, check what you purchase first.

the worst place to buy furniture, they take your deposit and never answer your phon. this store should close for ever. I am going to call the police this time they don't give my furniture or pay back the deposit.

My parents purchases a sofa, love Seat and one chair. Upon receipt of the furniture we identified numerous deficiencies that needed to be fixed. We contacted Hamid and Rahat immediately but they ignored our calls and when we did get through they explained it was not their problem but with the manufacturing company. Absolutely unacceptable! We are still trying to resolve this issue. It shocks me that they are still in business with such poor quality/customer service. We will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and even considering small claims at this point. We do not want their garbage in our house!!

Please do not buy anything from these people. They will confiscate your deposit and will hold you hostage forever. They will never return your deposit. Every time you visit them they will make up stories. They just care about their profit or loss. They have no regard for their customers and do not care about anyone but themselves.

Please do not waste your hard earned money on these worthless people. No one deserves this.
