Dave has cleaned my chimney for the past 5 or more years and has always done a stellar job. His advice, minor repairs and thoroughness is appreciated.
I've also recommended him several times including my daughter's house nearby. To show how professional he is, he even went so far to note that my daughter only needed hers cleaned every second year verses merely doing the work and collecting the money.
