I reached out to several contractors for quotes. Max did a thorough analysis of the roof with me. He explained issues and was the only person to investigate my attic for possible mold and wood rot issues.
His crew arrived on time and was able to complete the project in one day.
They added vents where required and assured attic venting was addressed.
Further, I had several side projects that they completed for me.
The work site was kept clean and safe for the entire day.

I am glad we were able to help, you home has been suffering with a ventilation issue ever since it had been built. Almost all home owners are not wise to this (and some roofing contractors)because who really looks in there attic ? and if you where able to get in a tight space like this, many would not be able to tell the signs/causes of a under ventilated attic space causing the entire roof structure to slowly deteriorate due to mold. In this case it was imperative to re sheet the entire upper portion of your roof deck and spray the existing raters with a de molding solution. Also in the process rectify the ventilation issues if need be(in this case the previous owners had opened up the wood soffits and installed a sufficient amount of vented soffits)
Along with the insulation work you had completed and the new and improved roof, underlayment(s), added animal proof vents flashed chimney, bathroom/kitchen fan vents installed this roof/attic space is fully updated for years to come.Thanks for you time in writing this review and I hope you enjoy the holidays.
