In the 10 years we have owned our home we have had to re do our roof 3 times. The first 2 times were due to the lack of knowledge and attention to detail from the contractors we had previously hired. Luckily we found Max And Twin Peaks, who came highly recommended from a close friend and former co worker of mine. During construction, he had pointed out a number of different mistakes the previous roofers had made which has caused a series of leaks in our kitchen during the winter ( failing to install ice and water guards on the complete roof deck as it was a 3/12 slope, around the skylight and other trouble areas and also failing to install the right amount of steps up a wall) During the installation, the workers walked us though and explained how they were correcting the issue so it wouldn't happen again. I want to thank them again for doing such a professional job in such a timely fashion.

TPR did a great job on our home. They responded to our initial inquiries immediately, water proofed a leak into our kitchen for free, and delivered on time, when they had originally scheduled to do the complete roof. I have since then referred them to a few friends. Highly recommended.

A rep from Twin Peaks came the very day we had called them. Due to a moving home inspection, we needed to properly ventilate a bathroom fan through the roof. The installer was very professional while entering our home to access the attic and working on our home. 10/10

We had a great experience with Twin Peaks Roofing and used them on two separate occasions both of which we were left extremely satisfied. Max was extremely helpful in providing recomendations as to what we should have completed given the condition of our roof and considering the costs and benefits of doing so. He talked us through the common issues in our neighbourhood and completed the work on time..The quotes he provided were accurate and there were no additional charges on either occasion. Since the completion of the work by Twin Peaks we have had no issues with our roof at all. The work was high quality and customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Twin Peaks to friends, family and co-workers.

Max is a great guy. Very customer service oriented and you can trust that he will do a good job. I had my roof completed early March and the team was able to finish in a day.

We were looking for a roofing contractor that we could trust. My wife and were expecting our 3rd child and needed a new roof on our Etobicoke home before the winter of 2012, and couldn't afford to have any unnecessary headaches. My Cousin had told us that Twin Peaks Roofing had completed a number of homes on their street, some of which were close friends of theirs. Upon calling them, the sales rep (Max) thoroughly inspected the roof, and even went in the attic (none of the other companies even went on the roof). We hired them, because of the price and also because of 2 significant ventilation options which they recommended, when the other companies didn't. The job was not only completed when they originally scheduled it, but was fully completed in one day. Thanks guys, you have my full recommendation!
