Dan came, gave us his no-pressure sales pitch. We instantly liked him, he was friendly and not at all pushy or condescending like others we had contacted were. The roof was done very quickly, but the fascia and eaves droughts took a little too long to compete (over a month). Different teams for each job and not a lot of communication between them, management and billing. Great people to deal with, happy with the final job, but just a little too slow to get us back safely into the backyard with kids in the summer.

- Talk to their teams first before calling the customer to find out what they have done and what is still outstanding.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Get pushier if you want it done faster, but on the plus side, they also don't ask for any money until you are satisfied that the job is complete.
