We had troubles with renters at a rental unit of ours and we called FMI and they came out right away to change the locks for us. It was a Friday evening of a long weekend and they arrived fast and were very professional, quick and affordable. We have since used them again. They helped us out of a bind and did not over charge us. In fact they helped us save money by suggesting doing things a more affordable way.
