Smith Metal Works

It is with great pleasure that I write this review on behalf of Smith Metal Works Ltd. We recently had the standard builders front entrance overhead balcony railing replaced with a custom designed railing that would further enhance the front facade & entrance of the home.

After meeting with several custom design metal railing companies the project was awarded to Smith Metal Works Ltd. The owner of the company Tarek, met with us at our home, took our design concepts, complimented it with his own ideas & created a beautifully designed balcony railing. Tarek is professional, knows his business extremely well & gave us a level of confidence that no other company could do. All of his promises with respect to; price, pre-fitting (which most don’t do), delivery date, quality of workmanship & installation were all to his word.

We are extremely pleased with the service & final product that Smith Metal Works provided...we highly recommend them & will have several other projects lined up for them in the new year! I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention ‘Ricky’ their Customer Service Rep. that kept us posted on the status of the project over 6 week period...always polite, respectful & kept her word.
