Recently, I hired Crown Windows & Doors to replace 3 windows (brick to brick) of my house. During the installation, I found the technicians are very experienced and skillful and they finished the job nicely and also Eric Chan is a nice people to educate me about maintenance and care of the new windows.

Great Salesman and great workers. They are on time and professional on the job. This is my first time replacing all the windows for the house; they provided excellent service!

The renovation work was completed very efficiently and effectively in terms of time and quality. There were a few minor flaws evident, such as leaving silicon stuck on the window and not properly sealing an edge with silicon; however, I was satisfied with the overall work.

Crown Windows & Doors installed a new front door and a new porch enclosure for my house, both look good and fabulous. I am 100%satisfy with the project and will recommend Crown to my friends.

Very impressed with the level of work they provided for us in replacing our window. Even when we had small problems with the finish, they were more then willing to help us and the overall process was very satisfying for us.

When they first presented their products to us, we were already impressed with the quality and design of Hometech Windows. The sales person (Eric) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have shutters througout our whole house where a couple of other window companies told us they could not be re-used. It's not even in their interest or responsiblity to try for us. Eric was so good that he took all the effort to discuss and explore the possibility with his tehnician (Michael). Ended up all our shutters can be re-installed with no problem whereas they took care of this for us at no extra costs. Their installation job was done in a professional and efficient way.

I hired Crown windows to replace all windows for my house. The team arrived on time and completed the job in a day. The quality of the windows and the installation is excellent. Even one glass panel has a crack on it, Crown sent a service person very timely and replace the glass panel without delay. After-sale service is impressive!

At the beginning, I got the front doors and a new door to the garage.They did a very good job and the installation was very professional. Since the the service was good at the first time,
so I bought the sliding door and siding from them 1 week after the front doors installation. Their service was very efficient and good. The quality of their products are excellent.
So I already recommended them to my friend.

We had Crown replace 18 Windows + Bay Window and Patio Door. Customer service was great, Eric did a great job explaining what is important in a good window and workmanship. He wasn't pushy and was very accommodating. The price was fair and the windows are great. They valued your time and show up when they promise and are efficient. The installation staff was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Showed up 8am on the dot, finished with clean up by 3:30pm. We had did brick to brick replacement for all the windows. They got the bay window perfect. It just popped in. I quoted around to a few other places and Crown was definitely the best balance. We need more companies like this for the home renovation industry, people that care, take pride in their work and understand the importance of customer service.
