We hired Suter Services (Chris) to do our ensuite bathroom reno. Chris had an opening in his busy schedule for us and started the reno when he said he would. Chris did a very good job on our reno, the bathroom looks very nice. The quality of the work, especially the tile work was very good. Chris pays attention to the details. The project came in on budget and time. I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a bathroom reno.

I was referred to Chris by a friend and have retained him twice for a rental property and my own house. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to, helpful, reliable, efficient and good at returning calls. The cost to install plumbing and hook up a washer in a bathroom where there was no washer before was approx $371 with taxes. He noticed the water pressure was quite high and suggested it be adjusted, so I did it for my own house and the rental. He also did plumbing for an exterior water tap and replace leaky taps. These jobs were all reasonably priced and very fair. It's good to have someone who will inform you of potential issues you might not be aware of. He's also very polite. I would retain his services again and definitely recommend him.

Chris was recommended by A Wes Tiles to complete the plumbing of a shower. Chris was exceptionally responsive and very polite. He text to let us know when he was on his way, so we could manage our time and completed the job to the quoted amount. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Chris was always punctual for the job which involved plumbing work for three bathrooms, and innovative in solving a major plumbing problem when we needed to move our toilet drain in order to get a walk-in shower installed in the ensuite. He was conscientious in making sure no sub-par components were installed and was also able to replace the two ceiling exhaust fans in our bathrooms. His work is impeccable and communications with the customer was excellent. As a professional, he looks out for the best interests for the client, through a collaboration with the client, assessing different options and possibilities. Each of these presented options will have advantages and disadvantages, including price differentials. And his quote was quite accurate, so you will not be surprised with any hidden costs.

We had a nasty overspill on the upstairs bath that lead to water pouring into our kitchen. Chris came to the rescue in less than an hour and had us diagnosed and sorted within an hour of arrival. Very professional, honest and committed to getting our home dry and safe as quickly as possible. We were impressed. Thanks Suter Services
