DP Service

I called up DP Service one evening over Dec Holidays; he arrived in under an hour, and quickly fixed my washer with a replacement part he had. Dragon was fast, neat and polite.

Noticed the temperature in the refrigerator had skyrocketed, found Dragan (DP service) using Google. I called him at 9:00 PM and he was at my house by 10:30 that same evening. He identified the problem and offered a temporary solution so that nothing in the fridge would spoil until he could pick up the necessary part. He came back the next afternoon and installed the part as promised and I couldn't be happier, excellent customer service and I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service. I called Dregan the electrician on a Sunday afternoon describing water leakage issue with my washer and Dregan came within an hour. Dregan already has the necessary parts and replaced the necessary parts in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend Dregan for any electrical appliance job.

Dragan has been my go to for over 5 years. I called him to fix my dryer that was no longer giving off heat. He showed up within the hour and knew right away what the issue was (heating coils/element). Ordered the part and installed it within 24 hours.

I will always call him for my repair requirements as he is trustworthy, reliable, professional and friendly.

I called Dragan when my refrigerator had problems in August. I was so worried about all the food going off. Dragan came within hours and fixed the problem on the spot. It was not costly either. Not only he fixed the refrigerator, he was nice enough to look at my dishwasher that was also having problems. He did not even charge us a penny to look at the dishwasher and gave us high level diagnosis of what the problem may be. He also gave us good advise. He was very nice and professional. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I contacted Dragan on Friday evening and less then 24 hours later my washing machine was fixed. He asked all the right questions to ensure he had the parts required. Even thoughh we had a snowstorm he came out. Excellent service!
