Excellent Customer Service

Kitchen & Bathroom - Cabinets & Design review in Courtenay

Had a few small challenges but Tom stepped up and addressed them quickly. Excellent customer service and was willing to accommodate us by dropping by to make sure everything worked out perfectly.

Job was rushed which effected the quality greatly

Kitchen & Bathroom - Cabinets & Design review in Courtenay

Tom and his crew showed up late to the job which shortened their day to complete the kitchen install. With the short day the job was rushed and it showed in the quality of the finished kitchen cabinets. Inside cabinet finishing trim pieces were missing and the soft stop hinge attachments were not installed. Fridge panel was not attached to the floor and swung loosely. I would not recommend this company to others unless you were on available to supervise the job and enough time was allotted to complete.
