Khan from EnergyTech came twice in 2014 to fix our Samsung fridge. Right away from his demeanour, I knew we were in competent and honest hands. He returned last week to fix our Kitchen Aid dishwasher; I called Friday at 6pm and he came the next day within the two-hour timeframe we requested. Two of these three visits involved replacing broken parts, and the cost was reasonable both times. Quite satisfactory.

Emailed at 7:00 am that my dryer was running, but had no heat to dry clothes. Also, fridge was leaking water due to a plugged hose. By 5:00 pm the same day, Khan had repaired both appliances. He obviously knew what he was doing, had the thermostat my dryer needed, and did a great job. Im very satisfied. Cost was also fair. They charge a flat fee per visit, regardless of how long it takes to fix the problem, and i like that. Nice to have someone i feel i can trust for all my repairs from now on.

We submitted a request for a dishwasher repair at about 7 a.m. and someone from EnergyTech contacted us, came out and repaired our dishwasher by the early afternoon! We were very pleased with the prompt, courteous and professional service.

We had our oven break down and also needed a microwave installed. The Energytech people arrived promptly and were friendly, professional and courteous. The latch on my microwave broke, and prevented me from opening the door. I called Energytech and within an hour and 15 minutes they were at my door, with the replacement part. They had quoted me a cost over the phone and kept true to their word both in time of arrival and cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess. In addition, the technician checked other parts of the microwave to make sure they were in working order.

The installation was more complicated than expected but Sam did a great job and is very reasonable. He did not charge extra for additional work and very satisfied with his work.Highly recommended.
