Attentive consultation with long delay to installation (which was fine as delays due to COVID expected), however the colour of the door was different than the trim contrary to our contract. Multiple requests to fix the issue and one attempt to rectify (contractor just showed up one day unannounced and started working on it) with the colour just being changed to another unmatched colour. If you are going to use this company, make sure you're clear with them about the colour options and maybe just stick to black so you don't have the same issues as we did.

No aluminum company makes aluminum with such custom colour. This is the reason why we installed aluminum with the colour close enough to the colour of the door.
Even if this is very minor issue we took an extra mile, we paint the aluminum piece to match the colour of the door. So now the issue is rectified.
