This company performed duct cleaning services on our home sometime between 18-24 months ago. The job they did was fine, even though they up-sold me on site when certain details 'became evident' about the size of our home, number of ducts & difficulty of the job. My complaint about them centres around the fact that, since about 9 months ago, various sales people, including the 'marketing supervisor' Daniel, have called to harass us about getting our ducts cleaned again. We have repeatedly said no, asked them to stop calling us and to please remove is from their contact (or call) list, to no avail. i have begun proceedings to file an official complaint and will continue to do so as long as they feel it necessary to continue this baseless harassment. Needless to say, I highly recommend that you NOT do any business with these people unless you are willing to put up with the constant harassment...buyer beware!
