My eavestrough needed to be redirected to the back of the house. A difficult job as the house is on a high hill with levels and a slope. Bledi arrived and in a short time the task was completed. He noticed my other runoff was not connected properly and corrected this. He also provided me with options to have water flow into my lawn and garden. Bledi looks at the whole picture which is an example of true customer service.
