The work area was clean and safe at all times, and dust and disruption were kept to a minimum.
As General Contractor, Natanael’s priority is customer satisfaction. He provided thorough estimate interviews and discussions, a clear and detailed contract itemizing work and payment schedules, which allowed me to follow and prepare for each step of the renovation. He did not hesitate to alter his contract to include my request for the 90-day 10% Holdback clause, and the company names of all tradespeople to be employed. Throughout the entire process, Natanael regularly communicated with me, either by phone, email, text, or in person, providing me with absolute peace of mind.
