Hi Rene. It was a pleasure to work with both yourself and Inder at your rental property. I know that the scourge of landlords are tenants always complaining about things that are broken. We all know that some people can be careless with things they don't own. That is why it is so important to use high quality windows in this kind of environment because they will handle a much higher level of abuse than a lower quality window and reduce the number of phones from complain tenants.
