The work was good once it was all done and I was happy with the end result but this company needs to work on their attention to detail. The folks that painted the house were personable, courteous and clean up after themselves. The project too longer than expected and they had to come back a couple of times to touch up areas I wasn't happy with but that they considered "finished". They never argued and were good at doing what I asked. The other thing that was a little quirky was they kept running out of paint and had to keep getting a supervisor to drop off more.

- Better attention to detail, more communication between staff. Try to stick to the timeline quoted for completion. Not be in a rush all the time.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Keep a close eye on their work and point out deficiencies. Also with-hold payment until you are completely satisfied. I did this because I felt if I wrote a cheque before all the touch-ups were done that I might have a hard time getting them to come back. They are really busy and I felt that if I had paid in full I might become less of a priority. I can't prove that but just a gut feeling.
