Normally I would not leave a review such as this, but I really wish I had known about the quality of their work before we hired them. We had Absolute stain our deck. Upon completion we recognized the quality was not the same as we were used to. Some boards looked like they had not been sanded adequately as the stain did not take, there were paint brush streaks on boards & railings, stain drippings, etc. By the Fall, we realized how bad the deck looked. We called Absolute, and I have to say, their customer service was wonderful. They came out, acknowledged our concerns and agreed it needed to be stained again. Fast forward to this summer. The same gentleman was back. Unfortunately the end result was no different. This time, they even managed to stain around a garden tool my husband had accidently left on the deck, stain on the bricks, steaks marks, etc. We called again, they came out and once more acknowledged our concerns and agreed to restain areas.
We have had deck companies stain our deck before- and have never had an issue. The reason we called Absolute is because the company we usually use was booked solid for the summer. Big mistake on our part. The quality of workmanship is not comparable. I recognize that deck staining is a big job and our summer weather doesn't always make it easy. But having your deck stained costs a lot of money and unfortunately we will be doing it again, sooner than later. For this reason, I would not recommend Absolute for deck staining.

Absolute team was professional. They are easily to speak to. They have explained what needs to be done.

Wonderful job done very quickly. Took a few days to paint the walls, ceiling, back of door, baseboards and window. The window had mold and they were able to remove it, cleaned the window and repainted. Looks brand new! Definitely needed and upgrade. Gerald was informative, and able to find the exact color of paint. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job~

The work exceeded my expectations. The gentleman who did the work at my home was very friendly and efficient. He took pride in his work and made it his priority to complete the job meticulously. I am very pleased and would most definitely use this company again.

Many thanks for Stephen, Charles and Matt for the wonderful job they did on extending my deck. New posts, decking, stairs, railing. Stephen, the Project Manager, worked with me to keep the cost within my budget. Charles and Matt did all the work! and an excellent job. They are professional and skilled. They cleaned up the yard and area at the end of each day. They projected started on time, and Charles and Matt completed it within the timeline provided. This is the second time I have used Absolute Home Services (basement repair and painting), and I am very pleased with their customer service and work.

Communication with the project manager Gerald was great and he always returned calls in a timely manner.
Painters came on time and it should be noted that Brian in particular did a great job.

A good experience throughout. They were able to move up my project by a couple of weeks after we had our floors redone - to avoid more unpacking and repacking. Friendly, efficient service. Everyone I dealt with was great.

The paint job was done very well and on time. The place - including new baseboards - looks clean and fresh.
