Heating Ontario

I called this company as their sticker was on the furnace in my home. I'd had a recurring issue and two previous technicians were unsuccessful in repairing the problem permanently. Mr. Or Sela arrived promptly (a little early actually) and changed a part - unfortunately it did not fix the problem - he came back the same day and changed a couple of other parts. When he was unable to resolve the issue he called the manufacturer for guidance. This was apparently a very strange problem he had never encountered before. Mr. Sela did ultimately solve the problem and did not charge for the additional trips, time or parts. He was upfront about what the initial charges would be and he was very polite and professional.

I'd made the decision to have ductless air conditioning in my home, but didn't know where to turn.
A friend recommended Heating Ontario.
They were great! The staff really seemed to know their stuff.
They explained the installation process to me and were there to answer my questions.

I recommend Or without reservation. I had a very troublesome gas fireplace—the flame was extinguishing on its own. I went through two contractors before finding Or, who proved to be reliable, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable. He refused to give up, even when the source of the problem (improper original installation of the venting) wasn't clear. Now my fireplace works perfectly. When we called HeatingOntario we had 15 year old furnace,AC,water heater.
We went for the whole 9 yard.
We now saving 15%-20% of our gas bills, as we have top of the line efficient furnace and tank less water heater.
We are very please and impressed with Or installation.
