It was a great job,well done. The guys were all pleasant & respectful. They went out of their to ensure my satisfaction. And spent extra time to clean up after themselves.

Extremely happy with all aspects of our experience with Jamie and his crew. Our porch roof and skylight, eavestrough, and all soffit and fascia were replaced and the site left in excellent shape. The quote was in line with or lower than the other four we sought, and Jamie came highly recommended... we now understand why!

Jamie has been back a couple of times to troubleshoot ongoing leak issues in the porch - NOT from his work, but from a badly installed window on the second floor. Jamie even did a couple of extra fixes for us to address these issues, even though they were well out of the scope of what we contracted him to do.

We truly feel that he has our best interests at heart, and he stands behind his work. We will definitely use Got it Covered again, and highly recommend them.

Jamie and his crew did a great job...here on time, efficient and finished the entire roof within one day. All property ( mine and neighbours) was protected with tarps. Clean up was thorough. Very professional!

Excellent service, great workmanship...Jamie and his crew had a delicate repair to make on an exterior deck situated over a garage...And make certain that water flow would not create any further damage...

About 8 rows of bricks needed to be repaired and re-tucked...Rick is to be commended for this creative good work...The job looks very natural, even though it was trying to match much older work around it...

We had a good overall experience with Jamie Wickens and his Got It Covered team, as they replaced a couple of flat roofs on our house in the east end of Toronto. Jamie’s quote came in significantly lower than the other two I contacted, and he was prompt and reasonably professional in his approach throughout. He pointed out several shortcomings in our old roof work, and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job, using the right materials, finishing off properly , protecting surrounding properties, etc. We had to wait for some good weather before he was able to get the actual work done (not his fault, of course), but he was very prompt in returning emails and answering questions.
When the weather finally cooperated, Jamie and his team arrived promptly at 7am on the two days they were here, and they got the work done with a minimum of fuss and hassle. On both days they left the area clean and tidy, and there was always a guy on the ground clearing up and looking after the truck and the skip. One or two minor unforeseen problems were dealt with without complaint or charge.
The work as a whole was completed in slightly less time than originally estimated. As for the quality of the work, I don’t really know enough about it to comment. As far as I know it is fine. Ask me again in a few years’ time…

Our roof was down to the final shingles! We called 4 companies and Got it Covered was the only one to call back. Jamie came out and gave us an estimate. We received a detailed estimate and negotiated a start date. Only that the weather put us back Jamie and his crew arrived as they said. They worked the entire day and replaced the roof on the house, porch, mudroom and garage. They were professional, hard working and they completed a thorough cleanup afterwards. Our roof looks great and we are no longer panicking about wind or rain storms!

Jamie and his crew fixed two flat roofs for us. They were professional, worked hard and always looked out for our best interests. The quality of work was high and they also helped us with some other things around the house because they have a Customer First approach. Jamie also has excellent character. Jamie injured himself at another job site by making sure his crew member didn't get hurt. Despite this injury, he put time in his schedule to come back for some follow up work to our roofs. Excellent company! Use Jamie and his crew if you want to get things done well.

He reviewed the problems with us on the roof and gave us a clearly written, itemized quote. The work was done with care and surpassed our expectations. They are the best in the city and Jamie ensures that you have pictures to show that the project was completed as promised. Thanks for a first class job well done!

Jamie and his crew were recommended by my contractor when a leak was discovered coming from the roof area. They came next day to inspect the job, and I asked them to take on a few other tasks while they were up there. They arrived early this morning, got all the work done very neatly and efficiently, and were all very pleasant to work with. I'd definitely choose them again. Jamie is a really nice guy, and I appreciated the prompt and speedy service. You hear horror stories about roofers, but these guys are the kind you can trust.
