I was very happy with the whole experience. Their price was in line with others that quoted on the job and the work was done quickly and in a timely manner. The team showed up when they said they would, they did the job, cleaned up after themselves and followed up with the paperwork all within 2 days. I'd highly recommend Jamie to anyone.

GIC called back the same day I phoned after seeing their sign in the neighbourhood. No problem that it was a small job. Jaimie wrote up the quote & we agreed on it. Within two days the job was done - while I was out. Nice surprise when I got home - and the roof looks great! All clean and tidy as if done by magic. Highly recommended.

Jamie provided two quotes on the repair of our roof which gave us options on what we wanted to have done.He took several pictures that showed me the damage that needed to be fixed. His crew came promptly and were very nice and cleaned up afterwards and you wouldn't have known they were there. He also had the best price.

When we noticed water dripping in through our kitchen light fixture we were pretty sure it wasn't good. We called several different roofing companies in for quotes. Each gave us similar scopes of work, but Jamie of Got it Covered Roofing and Renovation took the time to send us pictures of the roof to let us see exactly what needed repairing. He broke down his quote - and his quote was very reasonable.
He is licensed and insured and offers a warranty on his work in writing. He was prompt and arrived when he said he would. The weather was bad on the original booking date and he got in touch early to tell us he couldn't work due to high winds, rescheduling quite quickly.

After doing a fine job on our sloping roof and dormer, we hired Jamie Wickens to replace our flat roof after the job had been completely botched by an inexperienced general contractor who left us with a moldy mess and leaks. Jamie is reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. He consulted with us as necessary and documented his work with pictures, revealing wet material and mold inside layers and sheathing that had been added to our roof as well as mold on the pink insulation, which he replaced from the exterior.
