We recently purchased a home in Port Weller East and quickly realized that there were a number of outlets that were not wired properly. Our assigned technician Adam and and his colleague Josh arrived as scheduled and took the time to walk through our various issues, provided a comprehensive quote for the work involved and once approved, quickly got to work. They solved all of our wonky electrical issues as promised - both exhibited pleasant attitudes and went about their work with utmost professionalism. In this age of COVID, both adhered to all recommended protocols at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Kraun for all of your regular and not so regular electrical needs. From the moment they answered the phone until the moment they left after coming back to help me figure out something which turned out to be my error, everyone I dealt with at Kraun was professional, friendly, efficient and effective. They took the time to explain what was going on in my new (to me) home (DIY electric work from previous residents) and to go over my options, explaining the costs associated with the various approaches and the pros & cons therein. As always, the service Provided by Mike was Outstanding - this was the second time he did a job at my home. Mike arrived in a timely fashion, and even returned to complete the job on the same day, accommodating me, so that I may replace a damaged light fixture. I highly recommend Kraun Electric for all of your electrical needs! The service is outstanding and the price was reasonable!

Just had Andrew at our house for our second visit to have the electrical in our 20 year old house updated to current code and have the outlets and switches changed to Decor. What a relief to have such a professional uncover glaring miswiring of our outlets and switches by amateurs. Our dream house had so many deficiencies it amazed us. We now know it is done right thanks to a Pro like Andrew. A true gentleman. Answered all our questions, and took care of all concerns. A 5 star job!!!

The service was excellent, absolutely superb. Brandon showed up at the appointed time 8 AM , power was off at 8:30 AM and Back on at 11:40 AM. All the circuts were checked and Brandon went over all the breaker switches which he labeled and showed what to do if one tripped.

From the office, April took care of scheduling around our project and was polite and professional. Nathan came to the house and provided the detailed estimate. Kyle came back to run the cable once the trench was ready. Nathan returned to install the breaker, switches and outlets once the Cabana had been finished.
