When it comes to removing or opening losd bearing walls taking out the necessary permits is the only way we will attempt to complete a job like this. Taking out the necessary building and electrical permits ensures you and also us that your project is completed to the highest standards and provides you peace of mind knowing your home is safe for you and your family. At Remodel Construction safety for our clients and staff is an integral part of our business. Our staff is responsible and recieves regular safety training to maintain optimal health for everyone.

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we have and are still experiencing many different challenges in the construction industry however with good planning your project was completed with minimal obstacles.

Keeping the dust and construction debris to a minimum is a challenge on any work site however we like to think that we have some creative ways yo minimize dust using modified fans in a window we csn draw dust outside which also creates a negative air pressure within your home and reduces dust.

Good communication on any job is very important because it helps keep your project on time because we can get answers to any questions or situations that may arise from the renovation.

Your kitchen is beautiful and so big, the transformation from how it looked to how it looks now is absolutely incredible. The 4 pane patio door, that large picture window and 2 skylights make the space so bright and spacious.

Working in condominiums comes with its own set of challenges which are different from houses. Remodel Construction has in been around for many years and because of our experience and the experience of our team we certainly know how to minimize those challenges.

Preparing your home to be eady for the renovation included us protecting your carpets with a plastic film which prevents dirt from damaging and staining your carpets, its also easy to clean up when we are done for the day. Cleaning and tidying up daily is important for our safety and yours.

We are not happy until you are happy and making sure that all of those important details are completed is my job and I make sure our team completes them all before we leave your home on the last day.
