I got his name from McDonalds Fireplace sales. I was happy with his work from the first time he came. He is reasonable and charged us for just the one visit although he had to come back with a new part. I have since called him back to do regular maintenance.

We have used Mike for more than 10 years now. We have 3 gas fireplaces for him to keep up and running. He seems to be confident and capable .He has replaced parts, glass doors and cleans the units. We get them all done at the same time.

He is very knowledgeable and knows what is wrong by telling him on the phone. That saves time because he can bring the parts with him, saves a trip.

The last time I had Mike here was to replace a thermocouple on my furnace. He also maintains my gas fireplaces. He cleans and sets the pilot lights for me. He offers a reasonable cost. I am happy with him and will call him again.

After reading the Homestars review of Firefly Gas Services, I decided to book an appointment to repair a gas fireplace that's had caused problems for two years and one other gas company was unable to determine the cause of the failure.

The service man was very professional, assessing the probable cause within 2 minutes. He proceeded to replace the failed switch and installed a more robust wall switch.

Due to the age of the unit, I asked about more efficient units and he gave me great advice about obtaining quotes from a couple installers so I can plan and know what to expect of any upgrade.

I would recommend using Firefly as a specialist in Gas Fireplace maintenance and repair.

Mike was very knowledgeable, he was on time and had all the parts in his van for the repair. My fireplace has never worked so well, I love the "stuff" he added on the front burns to make the appearance of burning embers.
His price for a job well done was very reasonable.
