I recently used this company for a job. They replaced all the windows in my house. At first I was really Unsatisfied with the company, but like any company mistakes are made. I then call the manager with my concerns. He was able to fix the issues to a reasonable state. I have to say he did do his best to fix the problem that occurred. If you were wondering what the problem was. The installer had off set the window and cut a chunk out of my siding leaving it to be fixed by us. The manager then sent someone down to fix this issue. I know not everything can go back to the original state when this kind of mistake is made, But they did do there best.

HI, I recently had my windows replaced by Super Windows. I would never recommend them to do a job for anyone. As I work in a professional career. I was very disappointed with the work they did.
The biggest mistake they did is they cut the window crooked and and messed up the siding of my house. They also did not put the foam insulation in like they said.
They put the wrong type of glass in 2 of the windows and had to come back to fix it on a latter date. After all this the did a small fix up of the siding and offered 300 off and 50 for paint for us to fix it ourselves. In the industry I work in, If we damage a house by the work that is done we repaint and make sure the customer is happy. Not only did they mess all this big stuff up on one job. When my father asked them about the mistakes the first time, the manager brushed it off. The installer told my father he had a trainee working on the house.
I know the last few complaints I have are little things but if you do a job you should finish it. The windows were left completely dirty with had prints and black glue on them. They also tracked dirt and glue through my entire house.

Pleas think twice about using this company, they are truly disrespectful and are obviously not qualified to do there job in anyway.
