I have a 50 year old back split house with a cracked walkout at the side entry. The walkout was built lower than the driveway and my lawn. Having heavy rains during the last few years, I have been facing heavy water leaking in my basement.

Doc Rooter demolished the previous walkout and rebuilt a new one at a higher level than my lawn and driveway based on my request. Doc. Rooter reconnected properly all the drainage and water proofing for all exposed areas.
