Great experience having Dr. Rooter (Sunny) to help get rid of a tough clog. The clog stopped sewage from flowing from the house pipe to the city pipe, and causing a backup on my basement bathroom and kitchen sink. Dr Rooter responded with speed, was very knowledgeable and immediately went on the job. One could tell the professionalism and honesty in their work style. The charge at the end was fair and competitive. In fact, the cost was lower in comparison to the quotes I received. It was the right decision to engage Dr. Rooter and I would definitely recommend them to any future customers.
